One of our Sustainability Strategy objectives is to 'Support provision of education to the broader community on protection of the natural environment'. Together with local community groups and organisations, as well as dedicated Shire support, our community enjoys a wide range of environmental education opportunities every year.
The Shire of Denmark's Sustainability Environmental Education program provides annual funding towards the facilitation of community-led, community-oriented programs aimed at sustainable behaviour change.
