The lands and waters within the bounds of our Shire were cared for and managed by Traditional Custodians for thousands of years before our local government came into existence. We respectfully acknowledge those many, many generations of on-going custodianship, extend our deepest respects to Elders past, present and emerging, and welcome their guidance and counsel.
