Council proposes to lease the following portions of Lot 300 on Deposited Plan 405898, Denmark for a period of 10 years with a further option of 10 years;
Site 2 to C M Owen for an annual rent of $234.00 (ex GST), the market value being $390.00 (ex GST); and
- Site 3 to J M and M E King for an annual rent of $252.00 (ex GST), the market value being $420.00 (ex GST); and
- Site 5 to R Phillis for an annual rent of $252.00 (ex GST), the market value being $420.00 (ex GST).
The market value, determined by an independent valuer from comparisons to other Airfields in Western Australia, has not been applied due to the limited facilities available at the Denmark Airfield.
Submissions on the above proposal are invited, in writing and addressed to the undersigned, and should be received by 4pm on 4 December 2020.
