At its meeting held on 19 July 2022, Council resolved to dispose of Lot 11 on Deposited Plan 413974 and authorised the CEO to negotiate any prospective purchase.
An offer has been received and it is intended that the disposal will be by private treaty to Ruben H Boddington and Hannah M Jones as Trustees for R & H Boddington Family Trust.
The lot was valued at $240,000 (ex GST) and the Chief Executive Officer gives notice of the purchaser’s offer of $230,000 (ex GST).
The Shire now seeks public comment on the intended disposition.
Submissions must be received by 12.00pm, 16 February 2024 and can be:
